Individual Therapy

Work one-on-one with a compassionate, skilled therapist to work through challenging events and emotions and improve your quality of life.

Couples Therapy

Trained therapists can facilitate communication of thoughts and feelings to gain a better perspective of the relationship and types of changes that need to be made. Relationships that thrive don’t just happen. They are created and lovingly nourished with hard work and understanding.

Children’s Services

Therapists work with children/teens as young as five years of age for issues such as social skills, anger management, school stress, behavioral problems, divorce, sibling relationships, self-harm and mood dysregulation. Techniques may include play therapy, music therapy, art therapy and CBT.

 

Family Therapy

The therapist will work to help families rebuild trust after a specific event or learn to communicate effectively for the first time.

The overall goal is to improve relationships within the family system, however that may look for your family as no two families are exactly the same.

Telehealth services

Telethealth or video counseling is therapy done through a live video connection, over the internet. You can get the same type of counseling you would receive in person, it’s just done through a computer!

If you’ve ever used Skype or FaceTime, you’ve used the same type of technology teletherapy uses. You do not need any additional apps, just your laptop or tablet (preferred), your cell phone, and a strong internet and/or wi-fi connection
